From the beginning, in 1863, when George Berg was teaching his son-in-law Joseph Lipic the skill of making fine writing points for pens, our family has been perfecting the art of creating customized solutions for each and every client. Five generations of traditions and lessons have been handed down and applied using the modern tools of today. Just as each and every writing point was hand shaped and crafted to the clients’ own unique writing style, we create unique and customized promotion and recognition solutions to meet our clients’ unique needs and cultures.

As times changed so has Lipic’s and the demand for truly fine writing instruments. We developed the expertise of promoting our clients’ businesses first by imprinting the name of the businesses on pens, then by using other fine products with their imprint. We also learned to help our clients recognize the achievements of their employees, suppliers, partners and anyone who helped their business grow.
