Employee Recognition - Service Recognition

The most common form of employee recognition is the Years of Service Recognition. Each company is unique, but common practice is to recognize for every five years of service. Lipic’s offers 3 levels of brochures:

Level 1
Level 1 includes the personalized brochure* in a custom folder, custom logoed key tag engraved with your employee’s name and years of service, and a certificate in a holder, ready to be displayed. All of this comes in our custom silver recognition box, which makes an elegant statement to your recipient.

Level 2
Level 2 includes the personalized brochure* in a custom folder, and a custom logoed key tag with personalized card in a gold presentation box.

Level 3
Level 3 includes the personalized brochure* in a custom folder.

*All brochures include a personalized congratulatory card, signed by the manager or President/CEO; the gift selection catalog, with your company’s logo and your employee’s name on every page; a selection page with a unique username and password for each individual; and a return address envelope to mail back the selection if they prefer, all presented neatly in a custom recognition folder. Clients have the option of using the company’s logo on the foil seal that keeps the package together.
